Change your invoice and address details

For invoicing your Rentman licence, Rentman uses the payment and address information that you've provided in the Configuration module. In this article, we explain where you can edit this information.

Only users with sufficient rights can edit this information. If you're not this person, contact the person who has the required access.

Change invoice details

Go to the Configuration module > Account > Payment information.

Here you can change the billing period, the bank account number, the account holder, and the payment method.

Remember to save after every change!

Accepted payment methods

The available payment methods change by country:

  • Netherlands: direct debit
  • Euro countries (Not whole EU, Euro only): credit card and direct debit
  • Other countries: credit card

Change address details

Go to the Configuration module > Account > Company details.

For security reasons, only you can change the email address where you'll receive invoices on. Rentman cannot do this for you.
