If you want to continue working with Rentman after your free trial, you need to activate your account. In this article, we explain how to do this.
Activate your account
Click on your username in the top right corner and choose Activate Rentman 4G, or click on the Activate button in the red bar on top of your screen. If you have unsaved data, save it first. Otherwise, this data will be lost.
- Choose your preferred license and the number of extra power users, then click on Next step .
If you have tested a higher number of power users than the one you are activating, you will have to reduce the number of power users after activating.
If you want to activate a Lite or Classic license after a Pro/Classic trial, Rentman will ask you to edit some settings.
- Check/fill in your invoice information and then click on Next step .
The VAT number field should include your company's identification number for value added tax purposes (this can also be a GST number). If you do not have a VAT number, please check the box below the input field.
- Enter your payment frequency, method, and details; then read and agree to the terms and conditions, and click on Activate.
Refresh the page to reload Rentman and complete the activation.

Empty your trial database
As soon as you've activated your license, you will be asked to choose to keep the data from your trial or start with an empty database.
Note: Emptying your database is irreversible. We can't restore your data after you've deleted the database.
