Create basic rental project (crew and equipment)

But what if you need to create a rental project that involves both scheduling crew members and equipment rental? This article will guide you through the process of creating a basic rental project, where you'll be scheduling crew members on functions while also adding the equipment you intend to rent out.

Step-by-step guide 

  1. Add a new project.
  2. Set up the time schedule for your project.
  3. Set up equipment groups and plan equipment on a project.
  4. Add function groups manually via the "Crew and Transport" tab within your project.
  5. Plan crew members for specific functions or reserve a crew member for a project.
  6. Communicate the crew planning.
  7. Create a quotation or a contract.
