If I scan a combination that was not planned in my project and that has default content, I get a pop-up that asks me if I want to add it to the project. This gets old very fast when I am busy and I need to scan a lot of combinations.

In short: We are discussing internally under which circumstances we can skip this feedback and just add the combination. We always welcome feedback and suggestions for improvement. If you would like to contribute, feel free to send us your feedback.

To elaborate:

The reason this happens follows one of the philosophies we have when developing Rentman: whenever possible, we try not to do any “magic.” We do not want to add or change things “magically”, without you knowing or being informed. For this reason, since we are adding a number of items to your project, we want you to know and confirm. That said, we understand how this can get annoying if it happens all the time you scan something. We want to make this more flexible, and are discussing internally under which circumstances we can skip this feedback and just add the combination. One example could be when the content of the combination matches items already planned in the project.
