The Support Center can also be used to take a look at the status of messages/tickets you have sent to us in the past.
The knowledge base is separated in three sections:
- Getting Started: here you find general articles like product updates, App explanation, external connections and tutorials to get you started with the basics.
- Using Rentman: here you find articles explaining all functionalities on the daily usage of Rentman including project management, the warehouse module and crew and transport planning.
- Setting Up: here you find set up articles.
To find the article you are looking for you can search in the correct category, click on the help button in Rentman to go to the corresponding article directly or search on search terms in the search bar.
When you find things we can improve, let us know and we will update it directly!
