Create and edit your folder structure

A good folder structure is essential to stay organized and find your information faster. In Rentman, you are free to set your own folder structure in the Equipment, Contacts, Crew members and Vehicles modules, like this:

We advise setting up a logical and consistent folder structure in each of those modules before you start adding or importing your data.

If you are importing equipment or importing contacts, you must choose the right folder for each item or contact in your import file. Rentman will then automatically place them in the right folder, and will also create folders if they don't exist yet.
