Add a note to a project

Notes are useful to add internal or external messages to a project. You can choose where a note should be displayed, and who should see them.

Add a note

  1. Go to the Projects module, and open a project.
  2. In the General tab, scroll down to the Notes section.
  3. Type a note, and click on the _.png icon.

  4. Click on the Arrow_down.png next to your note.

  5. Choose Edit.
  6. Choose who can see your note:
    Visible to everyone
    Visible to account managers only
  7. Choose where this note should be displayed. You can select:
    Document
    Contracts
    My Schedule
    Quotations
    Sidebar
    Warehouse
  8. Save your changes.
