Help translating Rentman in your language

Rentman is officially translated in seven languages (English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Russian, and Spanish). We use an automatic machine translator for all the other languages.

Sometimes automatic translations are not perfect, but you can help to correct them. Read this article to know how to do this.

The translation module is not available by default in your Rentman account. If you want to help with the translations, please contact our support.

The Translation module

After you contact our support, the Translations module will be added to your Rentman account. You can find it on the left column, above the Configuration module.

Dictionary

In this section, you find every entry in the Rentman dictionary. Each entry has a status: "Open" or "Approved". Your job is to approve the Open entries.

Tip: group the entries by the Status column, so it will be easier to see all the Open entries.

Note: Before starting, click on the Instructions button to read how to translate correctly.

How to approve an open entry:

  1. Double-click on an entry to edit the translation (a pop-up will open).
  2. In the 'To translate' section you can see the English text.
(Optional) ask a question if something is not clear in the text.
  3. In the 'Translation' section, you can:
