- Go to the Equipment tab of a project or to the category Equipment module.
- Select a physical single equipment or virtual/physical combination.
- Click the watch_later "Open timeline" icon to view your equipment on the timeline.
The timeline in the Equipment tab of your projects displays inventory data of the selected articles in color-coded bars. When hovering over any color-coded bar, a note will appear, showing you more in-depth details about the equipment.
Project pending:The status of the project is pending, the equipment is not automatically reserved yet.
Project is not fully reserved: Not the full quantity of this equipment line is reserved.
Project is fully reserved: The full quantity for this equipment line is reserved.
Currently opened project: If the timeline of an item is opened in a project, the currently opened project is shown in this line.
Confirmed subrental: The subrental of this equipment is confirmed.
Subrental pending: The subrental is created, but not yet confirmed.
Repair: The equipment is in repair andnot available to be planned or used on a project.
Space available for new projects: The number shows the amount of equipment available in the warehouse.
All equipment planned: All equipment is planned and this item is no longer available in thewarehouse. Therefore, if a project is created with this item, there will be a shortage.
Overbooked equipment: There is not enough equipment in the warehouses, therefore, a shortage has been created.
Stock increase: The warehouse stock has increased. The number indicates how many items havebeen added to the stock.
Stock decrease: The warehouse stock has decreased. The number indicates how many items have been subtracted from the stock.
Not taken into account: Stock changes that are not actually booked out in the warehouse booking and therefor not taking into account in the stock calculation.
Planning period: If the planning period is longer than the usage period, this is highlighted in thetimeline. It can help with solving shortages by adjusting the planning period.

button in the upper right of the timeline.
From the top to bottom, the bars in the equipment timeline are:
Equipment name: This topmost bar displays the amount of an item that is (un)available after planning. Subrentals will also be into account for this quantity. You will see a red bar when you have planned more than you have available.
Warehouse stock: This bar shows you how much of the equipment you have available in your warehouse stock (excluding any subrentals). If equipment is reserved for a project, this number willdecrease.
Projects: The projects line shows you all projects on which you have planned the specific equipmentwithin the respective time frame.
The brown bar is the current open project; the gray bars of various shades and outlines are other projects which the equipment has been planned on. The number in the bar signals the quantity of planned equipment for that project.
