Rentman is available in several languages. In this article, we explain how to change the language in your account, in the app, and in the documents to your preferred laguage.

What to do if your language is not available
We only listed the languages with at least 70% of the software translated. If your native language is not in this list, the software might still be available in your language in some minor percentages. To know if your language is currently available, switch to one of these languages, or contribute to the translation, please contact our support staff.
Change your account language
You can quickly change the language in your account by logging out and then logging back in with a different language. This will only change the language shown in the browser, so notifications and default settings and templates will not change. To do this:
- Click on your account name on the top-right corner.
- In the drop-down menu, select Sign out
- Choose the language from the dropdown menu next to the Rentman logo.
- Click on Login.
When you create a free trial, your account main language is based on the URL you used (rentman.io/en/, or /nl/, /de/ etc.) The interface, notifications, default settings and templates will be in the chosen language. To change the language of these elements, please contact our support staff.
Change the language of your document templates
If a template has not been translated to your language yet, you can contact our support staff and ask the permission to translate it.
Change the language in the app
To change the language in Rentman Mobile:
- Go to Settings > Location and time
- Click on Language and select the language you prefer.
