You can add images to the equipment items in your database.  Here are the ways you can do this: 

Search with Google

1. Navigate to the category Equipment module 
2. Click on Search with Google 
3. Select the appropriate image from Google suggestions
4. Select 

Upload in Image section

1. Navigate to the category Equipment module 
2. Click on Choose an image or existing default image. 
3. Upload your image and Select

The first  (non-confidential) image uploaded will be used as the default image. 

Upload under file-section  

1. Navigate to the category Equipment module 
2. Scroll down to the File section 
3. Click on + Add file
4.  Upload your image
5. Save
