Reserve a crew member or vehicle

You can reserve a time period for a crew member or vehicle. This is useful to make sure you have enough crew or vehicles in a busy period. Your crew member will see the reservation in their event My Schedule module.

1. Navigate to the account_circle Crew Planner module
2. In the availability timeline, click on the magnifying glass and select the crew members or vehicles you want to reserve.
   
   Cannot see the availability timeline?

   Drag it open.
3. Click and drag in the timeline (on the same level as the crew member's or vehicle's name) to select a time period.
4. Select flip_to_back Reservation in the pop-up that appears.
5. (Optional) Adjust the time and leave a remark. To add availability for multiple crew members or vehicles at once, type their names and select them.
   Want to reserve all preselected crew members or vehicles?

   Click on more_vert More actions and select "Add all preselected crew members/vehicles."
   
6. Confirm

The reservation is now added to the crew member's or vehicle's timeline and (optionally) to the project timeline. It looks like this:
