Change Profile Picture in Your Rentman Account

Your profile picture can come from two places:

• Your global profile — the account you log in with. One picture, used across every workspace your global profile has access to.
• Your crew member in a workspace — set per workspace, so you can have a different picture in each one.

Which of the two Rentman actually shows depends on the setting Copy from the crew member profile in the Administrative tab in the Crew members module for each workspace:

This setting tells you which of the two methods below will have any visible effect when trying to change your profile picture.

Change the picture in your global profile

Use this when the setting is on Yes, or when you want the same picture everywhere.

1. Click on your username in the top right corner of your workspace.
2. In the drop-down menu, select Return to workspaces.
3. Click on your Profile.
4. Under Personal details, click on Avatar and select a photo.
5. Save

The new picture appears in every workspace where Copy from the crew member profile is set to Yes.

Change the picture in a workspace

Use this when the setting is on No.

1. Go to the Crew members module and double-click the employee whose picture you would like to change.
2. Under Crew Member, change the picture.
3. Save

This picture is only used in the workspace you are currently in. Other workspaces keep their own.
