What Is the Intended Workflow for Using the Warehouse in Rentman?

There are a few things you can do to make sure you are using the warehouse in Rentman as it was intended:

• Make sure all combinations that are on the shelves are complete, sealed and ready to book out for the next project. Do this by using the proper return process.
• Return process: Empty combinations on location. Scan a combination (this will open the combination and set it as target), scan the contents of the combination and when complete, scan the combination again. This will close the combination. Once done manually seal the combination and book it returned
• When booking out, always start with scanning the combinations themselves. The actual contents will be booked with the combination and compared to the planned contents. If necessary, Rentman will inform you to make them complete if they are not complete already. Ideally they are all stored sealed and complete on the shelves, so they are ready to be booked out super easily on the next project
• Use as many serialized physical combinations as possible, since they give you the most granular tracking features/options
