How it works

This submodule can be filtered by date and stock location.

When you first open the Warehouse Tracking Log overview in your Rentman workspace, you’ll see four main default filter sections with various subsections on the left.

The Warehouse Tracking Log provides a comprehensive history of your equipment's activity in the warehouse, offering detailed insights into how it was handled.

You can intuitively combine filters by selecting items from various sections. For example, this allows you to trace what happened to a specific serial number within a specific project.

You can filter the view by selecting items from the following sections:

  • Actions: See a full history of the equipment item based on the selected action.
  • Projects and Subprojects: Track where the item has been used.
  • Equipment and Serial numbers: Track each item or serial number separately.
  • Crew members: Discover what a selected crew member did with an item.

Each filter section displays only 10 items by default. To select an item not shown in the preview, you can use the search functionality.

You can easily reset the filters by clicking Screenshot 2024-11-19 at 11.42.43.pngthe arrow in the top-right corner of the filter section.
