Rentman allows you to add appointments for yourself and your crew members in the event My schedule module.This can help you streamline scheduling and improve team coordination.
How to add an appointment in the web
- Navigate to the event My schedule module
- Click on a date or drag it to select multiple days in the calendar.
- Select Appointment.
- Fill in the name of your appointment.
- (Optional) Add a color for the appointment, add a location, adjust the time period, set a recurrence, or add a remark. To add appointments for multiple crew members at once, type their names and select them.
Note: By default, you are selected when adding an appointment through event My schedule module. If you do not want to enter your own availability, be sure to de-select yourself. - Click on Set appointment
How to add an appointment in the app
- Navigate to the event My schedule module
- Click on the + button on the bottom-right.
- Select "Create appointment".
- If you have multiple workspaces, select which workspace you want to create the appointment it.
- Fill in the name and the date and times.
- (Optional) Add a location, add a remark, select a color, and set a recurrence. To add appointments for multiple crew members at once, type their names and select them.
