After submitting a leave request, you may realize that you selected the wrong dates, entered incorrect details, or need to adjust your request due to a change in plans. Instead of creating a new request, you can easily edit your existing one, provided it has not yet been processed.
Editing a leave request ensures that your time off details remain accurate and up to date, helping managers review and approve the correct information.
Note: Only leave requests with a Pending status can be edited. Only the employee who submitted the request can make changes.
To edit leave requests:
- Navigate to the Time registration module > Leave requests sub-module.
- Find your leave request.
- Click on the three-dots menu (more options).
- Select Edit.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Save
