What is Rentman Academy?

Rentman Academy is an online training platform with structured courses that walk you and your team through how to work inside Rentman — from the first project setup to advanced workflows. Instead of piecing knowledge together from articles and videos, you can follow a guided path at your own pace.

Rentman Tip: The Academy is especially useful when onboarding new team members. Hand them a course instead of a checklist, and let them learn by doing.

Use that time to go through the available courses, get a feel for the format, and see how it could fit into your onboarding or training process.

What's available right now

The course catalogue is growing every week. Here's where things stand today:

Courses are primarily available in English, with French and Dutch versions being added now.
More languages will follow as we expand the catalogue and based on user feedback.
The selection of topics is being broadened over time, so it's worth checking back regularly.

Note: Because the Academy is still in development, you may notice that some areas are more complete than others. That's exactly where your feedback comes in.

Request new content: Missing a topic? Use the discussion forum inside the Academy to request specific courses or modules. If multiple customers ask for the same thing, it moves up the priority list.
Give feedback on existing content: If a course is unclear, too long, missing a step, or just nailing it — let us know. We use that feedback to refine and improve every module.

Is Rentman Academy free?

During the current development phase, you can try the Academy free for the first month. Should you need more time, you can reach out to us and we can prolong that period. We'll share more details about long-term access as the platform matures.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes - the Academy is designed for teams. Sign up and invite your colleagues so everyone can train at their own pace.

Which languages are supported?

Most courses are currently available in English. French and Dutch versions are being added, and more languages will follow.

How do I request a course or give feedback?

Both are done through the discussion forum inside the Academy. Post a request, comment on existing modules, or share what's working and what isn't - we read everything.
