Keeping Rentman invoices structured is important. It can be the case that you need to change the email address on which you want to receive invoices from Rentman, or that you want to download the invoice document. In this article, we explain how.

Change your email address for Rentman's invoices

For security reasons, only you can change the email address where you'll receive invoices on. Rentman cannot do this for you.

1. Go to the settings Configuration module > Account > Company details.
2. Fill in the email address on which you want to receive invoices from Rentman under Email invoice.

Download Rentman's received invoices

You need sufficient rights to access the Invoice history screen in the settings Configuration module.

1. Go to the settings Configuration module > Account > Invoice history.
2. Double-click an invoice to open it. There, you can download the file.
