Equipment items that you have marked as lost in the Warehouse module will show up in the Maintenance module. This provides a good overview of the equipment that was lost during your projects.

View lost equipment
- In the build Maintenance module, go to the Lost equipment tab.
Equipment found
If you find an item that you thought was lost, you can mark it as found.
- Go to the Lost equipment sub-module and select the found equipment.
- Click on Equipment found.
- Select the date when you found the item.
- Confirm
The item will be counted back in the equipment availability.
FAQs
Why is the Sale price (Costs item) column empty for some lost items?
The Sale price (Costs item) column will only display a value if the cost of the lost item is charged to the customer when the item is marked as lost.
If you choose not to charge the customer during that process, the column will remain empty.
