Rentman is a software that helps your company to manage their business and daily operations in a centralized system. This means that you and your colleagues have access to many features that can seem overwhelming at first. No problem, we’ve got you covered! The Rentman Academy will guide you through the different steps you need to take to discover Rentman and master the workflows you will need every day based on your role.

First thing first, you will need to log into Rentman. [insert link of the guide]. Once it is done, find the role that fits you the most in the list below. The link will lead you to the path you need to take to discover Rentman

Please keep in mind that you may not have all the modules. If you don’t it is OK, this means that the admin of the account did not grant you access to it. You will just need to skip the guide or the instruction that is not for you.

You are a Freelancer


As a Freelancer, you only work for the company using Rentman from time to time, when they need you for an event. As they organize their work with the software, you need to know where to find the information required to do your job properly.

  • How to answer invitations sent to ask if you are available for a project
  • How to receive notifications in Rentman

You are the Warehouse/Inventory manager


You are the go-to person when it comes to the stock and/or the warehouse. You know what is in stock, what is functioning and available and what leaves the warehouse. Rentman will make your life so much easier!
