If you've set up your MCP role and API token correctly but keep getting this error, it may be related to your workspace's login settings.
Rentman MCP uses username and password authentication. If your Rentman workspace enforces SSO login (Google, Microsoft, or another provider), the MCP connection may succeed initially but fail on subsequent attempts.
What to do
First, try re-authenticating with your SSO provider:
- Sign out of Rentman
- Sign back in using your SSO provider (for example, Google or Microsoft)
- Reconnect MCP
