If you already work in Rentman, you can make your profile visible in the CREWZONE marketplace through your Rentman profile. And if you already used CREWZONE before it merged into Rentman, you will find and manage all of your profile information and marketplace visibility in Rentman from now on.
- For professionals: your profile can be created and made visible in the CREWZONE marketplace for companies looking for external crew. Additional features are made available in stages. To be able to make your profile visible in the CREWZONE marketplace, make sure to have the CREWZONE setting enabled.
- For companies: depending on your region and plan, the CREWZONE marketplace search will be available to you in the coming months.
Why should you enable CREWZONE for your profile?
Companies planning events regularly run into roles they cannot fill with their usual crew. When that happens, they have to look elsewhere — and finding, vetting, and booking someone new is slow and scattered across emails, phone calls, and chat groups.

How CREWZONE works
CREWZONE works through your Rentman login. There is no separate CREWZONE account to manage; one set of credentials gives you access to both.
- If you are an existing Rentman user: you can enable a CREWZONE profile from within your account. Your login stays exactly the same; you are simply adding a profile on top of what you already have.
- If you are an existing CREWZONE user: your profile and its information have carried over. From now on, you sign in with Rentman instead of your old CREWZONE login. However, you can still access your profile through the old CREWZONE environment.
Building your profile
Once you enable CREWZONE for your profile, you can fill in additional details about yourself and your preferences. This is where you describe your experience, list the roles you take on, and add the skills and certifications that qualify you for them.
The more complete your profile is, the easier it is for companies to understand what you offer and decide to work with you. Certifications matter especially for safety-critical roles (for example, rigging), where companies need to know you are qualified to do the job in a specific country.
