The status of a packing list follows the warehouse status of its equipment. If you cannot book an item digitally, such as an item missing from a crate or a serial number in repair, ignore it in the packing list status. The packing list then moves forward to the next status based on the rest of its equipment.
Ignore one item
- Open a packing list in the booking screen.
- Click the More options more_vert button of the equipment.
- Click Ignore in packing list status.
An visibility_off icon appears next to the equipment name. Hover over it to see that the equipment does not count toward the status of the packing list.
Ignore all equipment in a status
- Click the More options more_vert button next to Book everything in the status column, for example Prepped.
- Click Ignore all in packing list status.
Include equipment again
- Click the More options more_vert button of the equipment.
- Click Include in packing list status.
If all equipment in a status is ignored, click Include all in packing list status in the More options menu next to Book everything to include it all at once.

Use Remove from project when the equipment should not go out at all. It lowers the planned quantity and the price. Use Ignore in packing list status when the equipment stays on the project, but you cannot book it in Rentman. Read more in How to remove an item from a project in the Warehouse module.
