Clearing your browser cache may fix minor glitches that prevent Rentman from loading properly. This removes any discrepancies between the version of a website cached (stored) on your computer and the version being loaded on your browser. Below you will find instructions to clear your cache on the 4 major browsers.

Google Chrome

  1. Close the tab your Rentman workspace is open in and go to: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData.
  2. Select "Cached images and files".
  3. Click Clear data

Edge

  1. Close the tab your Rentman workspace is open in and go to: edge://settings/privacy.
  2. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
  3. Select "Cached images and files".
  4. Click Clear now

Firefox

  1. Close the tab your Rentman workspace is open in and go to: about:preferences#privacy.
  2. Under Cookies and Site Data, click "Clear Data...".
  3. Select "Cached Web Content".
  4. Click Clear

Safari (macOS)

  1. Close the tab your Rentman workspace is open in.
  2. Click on Safari in your menu bar, then click on Preferences (or press ⌘ and , simultaneously).
  3. In Safari Preferences, go to the Advanced tab and tick “Show Develop menu in menu bar".
  4. In the menu bar, click on Develop and then click on Empty Caches (or press ⌘, ⌥ and E simultaneously).
  5. Optionally, follow steps 2 and 3 again to hide the Develop menu from your menubar.
