If you’ve never created a quote in Rentman before or aren’t sure where to start, this guide gives you a quick overview of the process and shows how quotes and invoices are connected to your planning.
Where to create a quote
To quickly create a quote, go to the Financial tab of your project. This is where you’ll find a complete financial overview of the project.
Click Add quotation to instantly generate a quote that includes all the planned:
This is where all your planning comes together. Once you’ve scheduled your equipment and crew in the project planning, Rentman automatically pulls that information into your quote - saving you time and reducing the chance of errors.

Creating invoices the same way
Creating an invoice in Rentman follows the same simple process. In the Financial tab, you can also generate invoices directly from the project, just like you do with quotes.
This helps ensure that your invoice reflects the same planned items and services.

Keep track of all your invoices
All your quotes and invoices are stored in the monetization_on Financial module, which gives you an overview of:
- Paid invoices
- Unpaid invoices
