With Rentman’s AI functionalities, you can save time, reduce manual work, and make your workflow more efficient. The AI integration uses the information already available in your database and on the internet to automatically generate text or details. So, instead of starting from scratch, you can simply review and adjust. This helps you focus on what matters most: delivering projects and managing your crew.
How to enable/disable AI functionalities
- Go to the settings Configuration module > Account > Integrations.
- Find AI Functionalities and click on Enable to turn the AI functionalities on or click on Switch off to disable.

Projects
When generating a quote, AI can create professional, clear text based on your project details, including project name, equipment groups, equipment names, prices, and account language (to generate the text in the correct language). When you click on auto_awesome FILL IN WITH AI Rentman will securely send the following data to ChatGPT to generate useful suggestions.
Equipment module
When creating or editing an item, AI can suggest physical properties based on the equipment name and unit settings (cm or inch), making it easier to keep your data consistent and accurate.
