Sometimes, the default functions in your project may become outdated; for example, after updating crew expenses for a new year. If your project was created earlier or based on a template, it may still contain the old function details.
In this article, you will learn how to update the functions in your project so they match the latest default function settings.
When you duplicate a past project or use a template, the functions in your project may not automatically reflect recent updates made to the default functions.

To keep your project information accurate, you can update the functions in your project to the latest default function data via the Crew and transport tab. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your project's Crew and transport tab.
- Select all the functions you want to update.
- Click on More actions more_vert button.
- Select Update to default functions.
- Select the fields you want to update with the default function information.
- Click on Update.
- Save.
