If you want to continue working with Rentman after your free trial, you need to activate your account. In this article, we explain how to do this.
Activate your account
Click on your username in the top right corner and choose star Activate Rentman, or click on the button in the bar at the top of your screen. If you have unsaved data, save it first. Otherwise, this data will be lost.
If you would like to select another license than your demo license click in this step on "Choose another license".
In the next screen, select which license you would like to change to.
If you want to activate a Lite or Classic license after a Pro/Classic trial, Rentman will ask you to edit some settings.
Specify whether you desire additional power users and/or extra disk space.
Click Next step
Tested with a higher number of power users during your trial than you would like to include in your license? No problem! You will now see a pop-up screen that gives you the opportunity to switch crew members from a power user role to a non-power user role.
Fill in your invoice details and payment information.
The VAT number field should include your company's identification number for value added tax purposes (this can also be a GST number). If you do not have a VAT number, please check "No".
Read and agree to our authorization disclaimer.
Click Next step
Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Data Processing, and click Confirm
Welcome to Rentman! You have now successfully activated your Account.

Empty your trial database
Note: Emptying your database is irreversible. We can't restore your data after you've deleted the database.
If you decided to keep your demo data after activating your account to practice a bit more, you can always decide to delete it later. You can do this by navigating to settings Configuration module > Settings > Empty database
