Your Rentman profile holds your professional information in one place: your details, your skills, your qualifications, your documents. You fill it in once, and it stays with you across every workspace you work with.
This article explains what each part of your profile contains and how to complete it.
Where to find your profile
- Sign in to Rentman.
- At the top of the page, you can navigate between workspaces you have access to and your profile.
If you work with more than one company, you still have only one profile. Every workspace you belong to connects to the same profile, so you do not need to fill in your information again for each company.
How your profile works
Your profile is divided into sections. You can open, complete, and save each section on its own, so you do not need to fill in everything at once.
Your profile holds information about yourself and your qualifications and skills. You can also upload documents.
In case you enabled CREWZONE and want to make your profile visible to companies looking for professionals to work with, some information is mandatory. Other information and uploading documents are not mandatory, but will improve the findability of your profile and make it easier to work with prospects.
Fields marked with a shield belong to the specially protected data, which will be made visible to companies only upon explicit request and after your approval.
You can see and manage which information you shared with each company or workspace in the Privacy tab.
What goes in each section
Personal details
Your basic information: name, contact details, and date of birth. This section also covers your administrative information (company name, bank account number, CoC number, external references and VAT identification number) as well as address and accommodation details where you can add more cities where you would like to be treated as a local.
Moreover, you can add your emergency contact information, experience and future activities and languages you speak.
There is also a section where you can add your nickname, nutritional wishes, your shirt size and whether or not you own formal attire.
Qualifications
Here you can indicate what education, accreditations, certificates, etc. you have, which are usually only valid for a specific country. Documents will be made available to interested parties only after your explicit consent. Since the requirements of different countries differ, this information must be provided on a country-specific basis.
Skills
Here you can record your skills in various areas, so that you can be found by companies for jobs corresponding to your skills. You can change or add to the selection at any time.
Please select only skills you are confident in and provide truthful information. Incorrect information can cause big problems on site.
You have to select at least one skill to activate your profile. Choose from the list of skills, and add anything that is not in the list as a free-text entry.
Travel
Here you can fill in information about your ID card and passport, add your preferred airports, train stations and car rentals and any bonus cards you want to include.
Documents
Access all uploaded documents from this section. You can view and manage which companies and workspaces have access to your documents (specially protected data) in the Privacy tab.
Work preferences
This section is only applicable for users who have enabled CREWZONE.
For each country you have indicated you are available to work in, you can add your preferences and details. This includes the type of work you are interested in and the types of work you are eligible for. You have to select at least one type of work to be able to make your profile visible in CREWZONE marketplace.

In the Privacy tab of your profile, you can see who has access to which parts of your profile information and make changes to it.
Turning visibility off again
You can stop being visible at any time. Your profile is removed from search results straight away and none of your information is deleted, so you can become visible again whenever you want.
If you used CREWZONE before
If your profile was visible on CREWZONE before it became part of Rentman, it is still visible now, and you do not need to do anything to stay findable. If you would rather not be visible, turn it off in your profile.
