Invite Crew Members to Shifts

To invite crew members to shifts:

Open the account_circle Crew Planner module.
Select a shift.
In the availability timeline, click on the magnifying glass and select the crew members you want to invite.

Cannot see the availability timeline?

If you do not see the availability timeline, you can drag it open.
In the availability timeline, select the envelope icon to invite crew members
Click on the highlighted section in the availability timeline and invite the crew member to the function.
When you have invited all your crew members, you can send invitations.
