Add Recurrent Appointments and Availability in Rentman

In Rentman, you can add appointments and availability for yourself or your crew members if your user role allows it. You can also set them to repeat by adding recurrences.

To add recurrences:

1. Start adding an appointment or availability.
2. In the appointment or availability creation pop-up, select a repeat pattern from the following options:
   1. One time - no repetition. This is selected by default.
   2. Days - set the interval (e.g., every 2 days) and an end date (e.g., January 4th, 2026).
   3. Weeks - set the interval (e.g., every 1 week), specific days of the week (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays), and an end date (e.g., February 12th, 2026).
   4. Months - set the interval (e.g., every 2 months) and an end date (e.g., March 4th, 2026).
   5. Years - set the interval (e.g., every year) and an end date (e.g., May 4th, 2030).
   6. Specific days - by default, the day you click on when starting the process is selected. Click on ADD DATE to add more dates without having an interval or a specific pattern.
