Add Vehicles to Shifts

Apart from planning crew members on shifts, you can also plan vehicles on shifts.

Plan vehicles on shifts using click-to-plan

1. Open the account_circle Crew Planner module
2. Select a shift. 
3. In the availability timeline, click on the magnifying glass and select the vehicles you want to plan on the shift.
   
   Cannot see the availability timeline?

   If you do not see the availability timeline, you can drag it open.
   
4. Click on the highlighted section in the availability timeline and Final or Draft plan the vehicle on the shift. 

Plan vehicles when creating the shift

When you are creating shifts, you have the option to directly plan vehicles on them. 

1. Create a shift.
2. Under Vehicles, type the name of the vehicles you want to plan on the shift.
3. Click on Create shift

If you are creating a recurring shift, the vehicle will be planned on all the recurrences.
