In Rentman Mobile you can check your schedule, project details, equipment, contacts, and answer invitations. In the group_work Warehouse module, you can scan QR and barcodes to book equipment off your packing lists.

The app can be used on Android and iOS smartphones, and on Android Zebra scanners.

Where can you download it

You can download Rentman Mobile on Google Play and on Apple App Store.

Notifications

To receive notifications on Rentman Mobile make sure to:

  1. Correctly set up your notification preferences on the browser version of Rentman.
  2. Allow notifications in the settings of the app.
  3. Allow notifications from Rentman in your phone's settings.

Connect to a workspace

When you download and open the app for the first time, you will be asked to log in.

  1. Choose to log in using Facebook, Google, or email address + password (depending on which method you connected to your profile with). If your profile is not already connected to a workspace, use the username and password you use for that workspace.
  2. Click on Log in.
  3. Add your workspace name.
  4. Click on Log in.

Connect to multiple workspaces

You can connect Rentman Mobile to multiple accounts at the same time. To add an account:

  1. Open the menu  1.png.
  2. Open the drop-down menu next to your name.
  3. Select "Add account".
  4. Follow the steps described in the previous section.
